REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

General Instructions

  1. Space in the Academy is limited. Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
  2. Reserve your space as early as possible.
  3. The Reservation Form will reserve a space for your group until August. At that time, you must Confirm Your Trip to hold your reservation.
  4. Since you don’t know your class size at this time, enter the estimated number of students, rounded up (this will give you the most free tickets possible). You will provide the correct numbers when you Confirm Your Trip.
  5. In order to receive the maximum free tickets and parking passes allowed, be sure to register all classes and teachers or families. Please complete the form entirely. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
  6. Please complete the form entirely. Incomplete forms can not be accepted.
  7. Make sure to indicate a first, second and third choice for dates and times.

  2. Fill in all the fields.
  3. Save the form to your computer.
  4. Send the form using one of these methods:
