Miscellaneous Rental Information
- Rental rates listed are per show day.
- All events charging admission pay 13% of gross ticket sales.
- All rates are subject to change.
- Move-in / Move-out days and “still” days are charged at 50% of show day building rates.
- Utility fees (electric and natural gas) to be paid by lessee based on actual meter reading
- Rates for special electrical service are available upon request.
- Additional service and equipment rates are available upon request.
- State Fair Park rules and regulations require all on-grounds feed and bedding purchases be made through the State Fair Feed & Bedding, which is located behind the barns on Black Gold Drive (next to outdoor exercise arena).
- Traffic/parking control personnel, when necessary, will be charged to lessee.
- Public liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit is required with all facility/grounds rentals. Coverage must include move-in, show and move-out periods as outlined in the contract.
