Thank you for your interest in joining our team of exceptional commercial exhibitors, food concessions and pay-to-play attractions. With Opening Day of the 2010 Oklahoma State Fair fast approaching, our work to fill available exhibitor space is just about over.
We do still have a handful of spaces available in our newly-themed Oklahoma Expo Hall, now known as The CONNECTION at State Fair Station – it’s our Oklahoma showcase, and it’s all about our great state! We’re looking for local vendors to fill final spaces in the VINEYARD MARKETPLACE, RECREATION STATION and BACKYARD & BEYOND. If you’re an Oklahoma-based company with something exciting to share with other Oklahomans, don’t delay -- send your application and photos ASAP! Booth presentation standards in this building are strict, so please take a look at the photo examples provided via the link below. You may also access the 2009 Pocket Guide which was distributed last year to guests of this building. The Pocket Guide will be updated with 2010 Exhibitor information, printed in full color, and distributed again this year to building visitors.
Although our commercial space is essentially sold out at this time (either already contracted or out on invitation), we always anticipate last-minute cancellations and will fill them by selecting the best and most appropriate applications from those we have on file. And so, if you have a unique product to offer with a neat or exceptional presentation, send your application for possible consideration. If you are selected to participate with us as a Commercial Exhibitor, Food Concession or Pay-To-Play Attraction, you will receive a letter of invitation which will include your specific booth assignment and the cost for the space rental. This letter will also serve as your invoice which should be used when remitting full payment for that space. Typically we allow approximately three weeks from the date the letter is mailed to the day the payment is due, however, at this late date all payments will be due upon notification of acceptance. And so, when you submit your application, please be prepared to follow up with payment immediately once an invitation is offered. If you are unable to do so, the space will be offered to another applicant. (And please be reachable – home phone, mobile phone and email addresses should all be current and accessible.)
Please also be aware of requirements concerning General Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and be prepared to submit policy certificates upon invitation. Information may be found in THE HANDBOOK 2010 below on pages 20 and 21. Additional insurance documents are available on the ALL EXHIBITORS page.

If we cannot find room for you this year, be sure and re-apply next year as early in the season as possible. You’ll want to familiarize yourself with our timeline of events, so please take a look the following information which includes a list of dates you’ll want to make note of on your calendars.
| Mid-January – | 2010 Renewal Invitations will be mailed. |
| March 1 – | Last day to renew space by returning signed Invitation AND 50% deposit; Last day to request full refund with no penalties. |
| Mid-May – | Contract Packets will be mailed. |
| July 2 – | Signed Contracts are due WITH payment in FULL to reserve space; After this date, partial refunds may be granted ONLY if full space is resold. |
| August 2 – | Final deadline to place orders for additional services. |
| September 1 – | CHECKS NO LONGER ACCEPTED (cash, cashier’s checks or money orders ONLY |
