FREE COLOR GUARD & DRUM LINE WORKSHOPS
All color guard and drum line teams will want to make their way to the Bandshell lawn by 1:00 p.m. to participate in this year’s FREE workshops:
The University of Central Oklahoma’s color guard will showcase one of their higher level spinning routines and then teach you some of their techniques.
The Southwestern Oklahoma State University drum line will perform a heavy hitting number and then you’ll learn some of their advanced level skills.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Band Day runs successfully each year, because The OKC Jaycees donate their time and energy to make sure Oklahoma schools can participate in a quality event. They are in need of more volunteers, and you do not have to be a Jaycee to get involved.
If you would like to help with this wonderful event, please contact:
Jennifer Hudson at jennifer@okcjaycees.org.
