CREATIVE ARTS ENTRY INFORMATION:

Entry clerks will receive items at the Creative Arts Building and City Arts Center at the following times:

Saturday, September 12 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday, September 13 from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM

Entries will be released from the Creative Arts Building and City Arts Center, upon presentation of a claim check at the following times

Monday, September 28 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday, September 29 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Please note: Entries will not be accepted before Saturday, September 12 at 10:00 AM and entries will not be released before Monday, September 28 at 1:00 PM. If entries are not picked up by Tuesday, September 29 at 3:00 PM, they will be discarded.

NEW FOR 2009: To reduce vehicular traffic and, thus, enhance safety and security, access to State Fair Park is limited. enter the grounds through gates 3/4 ONLY. Gates 3/4 are located off of May Ave.
