2009 OKLAHOMA STATE FAIR® OPENS SEPTEMBER 17 FOR AN 11-DAY RUN

The Great State of a Fair Presents New Attractions combined with Old Favorites and Great Memories

OKLAHOMA CITY —OKLAHOMA CITY, September 16, 2009 - It’s September in Oklahoma, and that means it’s time for the most memorable entertainment event of the year, the annual Oklahoma State Fair®. This is an exciting year for the State of Oklahoma as we move past the historic centennial and continue well-known Fair traditions. This year’s Great State of Fair kicks off Thursday, September 17 and runs through September 27, 2009. “We will be celebrating our 103rd year with the biggest State Fair ever! OKLAHOMA STATE FAIR® TICKETS GO ON SALE SATURDAY, JULY 11

It’s a Great State of a Fair at the 2009 Oklahoma State Fair With More Entertainment, Exhibits, Food and Fun for Everyone

OKLAHOMA CITY —Tickets to this year’s liveliest events and attractions at the 2009 Oklahoma State Fair will go on sale this Saturday, July 11, at 10 a.m, officials announced. This year’s fair opens Thursday, September 17 and runs through Sunday, September 27. “Since 1907, the Oklahoma State Fair has been known as the place to converge every September for the very best in family entertainment. OKLAHOMA STATE FAIR ANNOUNCES 2009 TALENT LINE-UP

OKLAHOMA CITY —The nights liven up again at the Great State of a Fair 2009 as the State Fair prepares to introduce a gala of musical events to take both the Toyota Stage and Rodeo Stage by storm. The Toyota Stage concerts are free with the purchase of outside gate admission and the Rodeo concerts are free with a paid rodeo admission ticket. The musical talents featured this year will cover a variety of music genres and appeal to diverse crowds. From Country to R&B, and everything in between, concert attendees will enjoy the hottest local and national acts that highlight rock, pop, and country during this free concert season.
