Cattle shows will show in the following order: Junior Hereford, Junior Maine-Anjou, Junior MaineTainer, Junior Red Angus, and Junior Percentage Red Angus, Junior Shorthorn, Junior Shorthorn Plus and Junior Limousin. Animals are judged for the structure, muscling/fat, and other characteristics representing current livestock standards.
