NEW! Stargazing in the Planetarium

A trip to the planetarium is likely why space exploration has been the entry point for many budding scientists as they investigate the mysteries both on our own planet and beyond its atmosphere. It is also why public planetariums are critical to inspiring the next generation of scientists.

As you step inside, you are reliving a bit of history of the 60s & 70s when the OKC community experienced the wonders of the night skies in the original Kirkpatrick Planetarium located on these Fairgrounds.

Ron Mallory will bring back those days of old and create a new immersive environment. Sit back and look up as the night sky comes alive five times a day with audiences learning about constellations, planets, the structure of the universe, and more. It’s an experience for all ages.  Presented by the Ad Astra Mobile Planetarium. Learn more at aaplanetarium.com.
