With many new contests and all the old favorites, it’s easier than ever to get in on the creative arts action at the Oklahoma State Fair! Each year, the Creative Arts Department showcases the work of talented Oklahomans of all ages in crafts like quilting, woodworking, baking, cooking, canning, photography, ceramics, painting, and many others.

2025 Entry Information
FREE Creative Arts online entries open July 1 and close August 15. All entries for these competitions must be made online.
Exhibitors will be able to register everything onsite at the OKC Fairgrounds, August 23 – 24, during exhibit delivery. There will be a $12 late fee per exhibitor, not per item.
Exhibitors can register in the cooking division (minus canning) and all live contests onsite at the OKC Fairgrounds, September 6 – 7, during exhibit delivery. There will be a $12 late fee per exhibitor, not per item.
Late registration will only be available during this time, not during the Fair. Please make sure you are registered during these times and that you are registered for the correct contests.

CREATIVE ARTS CONTESTS: There are hundreds of classes in the regular creative arts contests. All require online pre-registration.
Enjoy a variety of different demonstrations and live contests daily in the Creative Arts Building.
ON THE SPOT CONTESTS: Everyone can join in the fun with this concept in creative arts competitions! These exciting ON THE SPOT contests during the Fair are for both adults and children and don’t require advance registration!
