Colors will be presented by the Capitol Hill High School Naval Junior ROTC, and the National Anthem will be sung by the Capitol Hill High School Honor Choir and signed by the 2022 OKC Indian Princesses. Closing Ceremony

DATE: Thursday, September 25, 6 p.m.

LOCATION: Circle Stage

Help celebrate the success of the Oklahoma State Fair during the Closing Ceremony. The Capitol Hill High School Naval Junior ROTC will retire the colors while the Capitol Hill High School Honors Choir sings and the 2022 OKC Indian Princesses sign God Bless the USA. Additional entertainment, before and after the lowering of the flag, will be provided by the Capitol City HS Drum Line and Dance Diversity Company. Even though the official ceremony happens at 6 p.m., that doesn’t mean that the State Fair is closed. The Flag may have been lowered, but the final Fair evening has just begun!

Oklahoma City Indian Princesses

Along with the Capitol Hill High School groups, the Oklahoma City Indian Princesses have been a huge part of the Oklahoma State Fair’s opening and closing ceremonies for over 20 years. The Indian Princesses pageant is hosted by The Changing Winds Cultural Society each March. We congratulate this year’s winners and are excited to have them return for the 2022 Oklahoma State Fair Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
