Cattle will show in the following order: Open AOB, Open Brahman, Open Brangus, Open Chianina, Open Mini-Herefords, Open Santa Gertrudis, Open Charolais, Open Charolais Composite, Open Limousin, Open Red Angus, and Open Percentage Red Angus. Animals are judged for the structure, muscling/fat, and other characteristics representing current livestock standards.
