Cattle will show in the following order: Open AOB, Open Brahman, Open Brangus, Open Chianina, Open Mini-Herefords, Open Santa Gertrudis and Open Charolais. Animals are judged for the structure, muscling/fat, and other characteristics representing current livestock standards.
