Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. receives numerous requests for donations each year and has streamlined the donation process to allow for ease of submission for each inquiring organization. Donation requests will only be accepted between January 1 and July 31 of each year for the current year’s Fair. Donations are limited to four outside gate admission tickets per each request.
All requested information must be sent at the time of application, linked in the guidelines below. Incomplete applications will be disqualified. Please review the guidelines document and be prepared to submit your IRS Determination Letter (showing your charitable status) and an official request letter outlining specific details about your organization and the particular request.
