The 2024 donation request period is now closed.
Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. receives numerous requests for donations each year and has streamlined the donation process to allow for ease of submission for each inquiring organization. Donation requests are only accepted March 1 through June 30 for the current year’s Fair, and the event or activity from which the donation will be distributed must happen between April 1 and mid-August of the same year. Donations are limited to four outside gate admission tickets per each request.
All requested information must be sent at the time of application, incomplete applications or applications too close to the date the donation is needed will be disqualified. Please review the guidelines document and be prepared to submit your IRS Determination Letter (showing your charitable status) and an official request letter outlining specific details about your organization and the particular request.
