NEW for 2019! Oklahoma State Fair Putters Cup

LOCATION: Modern Living Building 

Friday, September 20 - 3 to 8 p.m.

The Oklahoma State Fair, Simons Entertainment Group and Golf USA will host an exciting new golf tournament for adults (ages 14+) and juniors (ages 6-13) on an American Putting Classic tournament course. Amazing prizes will be awarded for 1st – 3rd place in each division and an over-all Grand Champion will win the “WORLD’S SMALLEST 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE” valued at over $275.  At the end of the evening, you won’t want to miss the final putting battle between the adult and junior first place winners to crown the first annual 2019 Putters Cup Grand Champion.  Everyone can putt, so here’s your chance to not just come to the Fair but be part of the FUN MADE HERE!

Miss OSF Pageant

LOCATION: Modern Living Building

Saturday, September 7 - 6:30 p.m. 

Before the rides start rolling and the concessionaires fire up their grills, the first of many special events hosted by the Oklahoma State Fair kicks off.  Come and support our Miss Oklahoma State Fair Outstanding Teen pageants, which are qualifiers within the Miss America organization.

Opening Ceremony

SINGO & Trivia Night at the Fair

LOCATION: Modern Living Building

Thursday, September 12 - 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

SINGO combines ‘name that tune’ with bingo to make a fun night with friends. Music ranges from 60’s to today. Alternating with SINGO rounds will be Trivia Live. Test your knowledge and see how much you really know about life. Prizes will be awarded throughout the evening.

Board Game Bonanza

LOCATION: Modern Living Building

Friday, September 13 - 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. 

Join the Oklahoma Board Game Community for a fun day and evening of board games for all ages.Games include giant versions of Jenga and Connect Four, unique games that all ages can play together, plus role-playing & strategy games. Sit down, relax and learn a new game, then browse & buy board games from many different publishers. Short tournaments with prizes will be held in the evening. Be inspired! Be instructed! Be refreshed! The Oklahoma State Fair is proud to offer a "Come as You Are" Sunday service for the public, vendors or anyone else on grounds at these times. Join us, just as you are, for an uplifting message and time of fellowship.

 

Band Day Parade Competition

LOCATION: General Pershing Blvd & The Circle

 Monday, September 16 - 10:30 a.m. 

 Come and watch as high school, mid-high and junior   high school bands and its drum lines, drum majors,   mascots, twirlers and color guard teams from across   the state compete for cash awards and trophies during   the Band Day Parade Competition!

Senior Day

 Wednesday, September 18 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

 Make your way to the Modern Living Building for free   health screenings, activities and entertainment. We   hope you enjoy this fun-filled day planned especially   for senior adults. Seniors (ages 55 & older) receive   FREE outside gate admission.

Oklahoma State Fair Cornhole Classic

LOCATION: The PATIO

Sunday, September 22 - 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Grab your teammate! We have partnered with Oklahoma Cornhole to bring you the second annual Oklahoma State Fair Cornhole Classic. Compete for prizes and bragging rights for this event. Check the Oklahoma Cornhole Facebook page for information on tournament registration and fees. Early bird registration special ends August 15!

Closing Ceremony

LOCATION: Spirit Stage

Sunday, September 22 - 6 p.m.

Help celebrate the success of the Oklahoma State Fair during the Closing Ceremony. Even though the official ceremony happens at 6 p.m., that doesn't mean that the State Fair is closed. The flag may have been lowered, but the final State Fair evening has just begun!
