The Junior and Open Dairy Cattle Shows will consist of the following breeds: AOB/Genetic Recovery, Ayrshire, Brown Swiss, Guernsey, Holstein, Jersey, and Milking Shorthorns. Animals are judged for the structure, udder quality, and other characteristics representing current livestock standards.
